Get your best quality cheap garden room in UK

Everyone wants to create space for a hobby or just to relax alone close to home.
With our prefab garden room kits, this becomes a possibility and within a quick period of time!
Our prefab garden room kits are easy to assemble and can be constructed by 2 builders. The assembly timeframe is dependent on the pace of those assembling the construction. A small garden room, interior and exterior can be assembled in 4-5 working days, for a larger size, this can take up to 2 weeks.
Nowadays, many companies offer a variety of garden rooms, however often cheap garden rooms have poor quality materials, poor quality wood and cheap materials. These poorer quality garden rooms will not last long due to the poor quality of materials, therefore incurring you repair or even replacement costs.
With our garden rooms this does not happen! We have customers who have had our garden rooms for at least 10 years with no external impact. The reason for our success is due to our ability to build the best quality garden rooms, using a material called – MgO SIP panels. OSB SIP is an excellent, cost efficient alternative to log cabins or timber frame buildings – all whilst ensuring no compromise on quality.

What does the price of a garden room depend on?

The price of a garden room will depend on a variety of factors. Firstly, the cost of the materials used to construct the garden room will be a major factor in determining the overall price. For example, if you choose a timber frame garden room, the price will depend on the type and quality of timber used, as well as any additional treatments such as insulation or waterproofing. You will pay less but you won’t get quality or a long-lasting garden room. You could also opt for a metal frame garden room, which would incur a higher production cost, but would be more durable than a timer framed option. A further way to build a garden room for an affordable price, is SIP panels. This construction type offers a price that is average in the market but the construction type offers many benefits. There are other factors that can impact the price like exterior and interior finishing materials – roof, doors – cladding can be expensive but directly painting on MgO is cheaper.

 Garden room Fundament style

Garden rooms have a few different fundament types. Best type of fundament style, of course, is prepared stationary fundaments. The best option is Concrete-Foundation, with same quality concrete slabs, these options are popular and a great way to ensure the best possible finish to your garden house. Another faster and cheaper option is a Ground screws fundament. This fundament type can be done within a quick timeframe, often within just one day. The cheapest option of fundament what we would recommend for a garden house is Deck block legs. Deck block legs can allow you to adjust the height of the garden room using special screws. You can also move a garden room utilising deck block legs by using a crane/platform and having it moved location.

Construction type of a garden room

We offer various types of construction;
–     Timber frame construction – is the cheapest available option for those who wish to make their money go further, securing a quality product at a more affordable price. Our log cabins can last up to sixty years. Proper treatment of the timber within the log cabin can ensure longevity of the product.
–     The SIP MgO construction type – is an average price in our construction types. Garden house from SIP MgO panels – If you treat the SIP House properly, there is no reason for it not to last a lifetime.
–     Metal frame construction – A metal construction type ranks as the highest price of the 3 products that we offer. Steel buildings face fewer issues with deterioration and corrosion than concrete or wood buildings, and can outlive other structures when properly built and consistently maintained. Most steel buildings can last anywhere from 50 to 100 years.

Exterior and interior finishing of a garden room

We offer 2 types of exterior and interior of garden room. First type is a wooden cladding that looks more natural and you can choose the colour of cladding that you prefer – the colour can be natural or painted. These options are the same for both the exterior and the interior. You also have the option of having it finished by paint of any colour you want.

One of the most important garden rooms thing is ”Roof”

In terms of roof, we offer a flat roof construction type. Flat roof construction is a popular choice for many garden room projects due to the low cost, simple construction work and overall short period of roof production time.
Construction can be made from a timber frame or a timber frame with already insulated SIP panels. After the roof construction is complete, we can start to put a roof cover material on the flat roof construction. This material can be EPDM rubber roof covering, which is one of the most durable and long lasting roof products available, with a proven track record of over 50 years.
Another cheaper option is bituminous membranes, which are a thin layer of watertight material fully-bonded to the surface. Both of these options are good, however bituminous membranes are cheaper and offer an estimated 25-30 years service life.
An EPDM option is more expensive but you can expect the lifespan of an EPDM rubber roof cover 50 over years.
Another roof construction type that we offer is the double pitched roof. This style can be described as a double pitched roof in a triangle shape that consists of two surfaces which are connected with ridge on the top. One of the cheapest way for double pitched roof cover is metal sheet tiles (tin roof). Tin roof covers have an estimated 30-35 year service life. Clay tiles can also be considered as an alternative option for a long term roof cover option. With the correct installation and maintenance, clay tiles have been known to last well over 100 years, making them the ideal choice for long-term application.
What are the disadvantages of clay tile roofing? Like most things, clay roofing tiles do have a few cons; they are expensive, heavy, can be difficult to install and can often be brittle.
