Location of delivery
Our products can be delivered to the mainland UK, Ireland and Europe, as well as worldwide. Just contact us if you want to know more information about worldwide delivery.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom are free to most of the mainland
out the price). Deliveries to Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain are free to most of the mainland.
As regards deliveries to other European countries and the rest of the world, please check the
prices by contacting us. For deliveries to hard-to-reach areas an extra fee may be applied (See “Is
my area hard to reach?”).
Is unloading included in the price?In the territory of the United Kingdom, we will not ask for your manual help with unloading. The
unloading is free and included in the price. All trucks used for the transportation of our products
have forklifts for their unloading. Accordingly, your product will be delivered sealed at the location
most convenient for you. In other territories we do not offer unloading services. The unloading
of your product will be provided when you pay the total price for it by calling us or making a
The delivery term of products in stock will be 2–3 weeks (depending on the pint of destination),
and 4–6 weeks for products not in stock; for bespoke products the term of delivery will be 4–8
weeks. Please note that the delivery term depends on seasonal factors, therefore, you should
check this with your sales manager.
When to expect the delivery?
When your order is confirmed, we will notify you of the number of weeks during which your
product delivery can be expected. Then the delivery company will inform you when the product
is ready for delivery and about the day when it can be expected. Within 1–4 days before the date
of delivery, you will be contacted again to ascertain whether you agree with or would like to
change the suggested delivery date.
The ordered products will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the specified address. At the
delivery address, our drivers will park their vehicle as close as possible and unload the goods
safely on the kerbside in a location where the pallet, the driver and the vehicle are safe. We can
offer only kerbside delivery. Our experienced drivers will provide all necessary assistance to
unload the items as close to the requested address as possible.
Is my area classified as hard to reach?
A hard-to-reach area means an area that is not reachable by our trucks because of the roads or the
size of the area. In the UK, our products are delivered in trucks that are 2.5 m wide, 10 m long
and 2.5 m high. In addition, an extra metre is needed on each side of the truck to stabilise the
vehicle during unloading. If you are not sure whether your delivery location may be hard to
