How to place orders
You can choose any product from our website and place your order immediately online. Still, we
advise you to contact our sales team to discuss your needs and to receive an offer specifying the
desired product, accessories, estimated price and payment terms. You can then place your order
online and make your payment. Based on the agreed product, quantity, price and payment details
provided by you, our sales manager will place the order and start the process of payment for you.
– Advance payment of the total amount 100%.
– Deposit + outstanding balance: prepayment of 40 % deposit from the total amount of the
order (+ delivery costs) and payment of the remaining part of 60% – before or at the time of
delivery (60/40 for bespoke purchases).
All payments we use are secure
A confirmation email will be sent to you with explicit instructions and payment details to be
followed. The payment can be made both online or at a bank branch. When making the payment,
please include your order number. When your deposit or full payment is received, your order
will be confirmed.
Cancellation of your order is possible before delivery or within 14 days after and you can recover
the whole deposit (or the full amount of the order, depending on the payment made). The deposit
paid for bespoke products is not subject to refunds and shall be retained by SIPSHOUSE LTD.
