Another perk of a prefabricated garage that will also cost you less is that getting the site ready is generally remarkably easy. Most prefabricated garages get laid on top of simple stones, similar to shed installations. There is no need for an expensive concrete foundation and increased costs. The ground must be level, but you could easily do it yourself.
However, before starting any work on any outdoor projects, such as a new garage, always check with your local council if there is anything they require from you.
One potential benefit to purchasing a prefab garage is a much shorter wait time than a traditional garage. Traditional garages can take months to complete, while your prefab garage could be in place in just a couple of weeks if it is in stock.
