Order cancellation and refund
Before delivery of the product: if you change your mind, you can terminate the contract with us
at any time after ordering our standard product(s), and recover your deposit.
After delivery of the product: you may return the standard product(s) delivered to you and get a
full refund within the cooling-off period of 14 days after delivery.
Reasons for a refund
Refunds and returns shall be possible in the following cases:
a) ordering of a standard product;
b) significant changes made to the product or its price after ordering;
c) defects or incorrect description of the product;
d) if you change your mind and want to return the product exercising the legal right under the
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Preconditions for a refund
You may seek a refund if not more than 14 days have passed after the product delivery and the
product returned is good condition, unaltered, in the same packaging in which it was delivered.When we receive the order from you, we will carefully examine and assess it. The product(s)
being returned must be properly packed to avoid any damage or lost parts during transportation.
Return of bespoke products
NB! In the case of bespoke or modified products, you may not terminate the contract within the
cooling-off period of 14 days, return the product after delivery and receive a refund. If the
manufacturing of the product has been started or the product is already manufactured, you will
not be eligible to a refund of the 30 % deposit payment.
When and how a refund is provided?
If the product packing is returned in same condition as we sended,the product packages condition, you will be refunded the full price paid by
you for the product(s). The refund will be paid in the same manner as you used for payment,
unless we otherwise agree. You will receive the refund within 14 days from the day on which we
receive or collect from you the product or on which you produce the proof of sending the product
back to us.
