Delivery

Free delivery mainland UK and Europe

Free delivery  to mainland UK, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria. We also offer FREE delivery to most other European countries on all orders over £5000.

Fast delivery

Delivery takes 4-8 working days from our message to client about delivery. For those products which we don’t have in stock, delivery takes between 2-8 weeks. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time 1 week before delivery.

Delivery to hardly accessible areas

Please inform us if delivery place is hard to access locations – our team will organise a special transport solution for your house kit.

Professional unloading and convenient storage

We will unload the product package in as convenient place for you as possible. All products are packed in sealed packages for storage in conditions of wet or changeable weather conditions. Our delivery vehicles can only operate on hard standing and are not able to drive into your garden, over soft ground or fields. To avoid misunderstandings please inform us about delivery location.

Payment

Payment

You can make your payment directly into our bank account or via credit/debit card. Your order will not be processed until the funds have cleared in our account.

If paying by bank transfer, your order will be processed immediately after the payment has been received. Please make your payment within three working days of placing your order online. Use your Order ID as the payment reference. If payment is not received within this period, your order will be automatically canceled.

A deposit of 20% to 50% is required to proceed with your order, depending on the product purchased. The remaining balance must be paid five days before delivery.

 

Return

Warranty and support

If the product packaging is returned in the same condition as when we sent it, and the product itself is not damaged or broken, you will be refunded the full price you paid for the product(s).

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. You will receive the refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned product or when you provide proof of sending it back to us.

  • Bitumen roofing shingles + underlay

    These shingles have a fiberglass mat base and are coated with a durable bitumen mixture on both sides. The bottom layer consists of cold-resistant, self-adhesive bitumen, ensuring a strong bond to the roof surface. The top layer is finished with mineral granules, providing both protection and an attractive appearance.

    Superior Quality
    Bitumen shingles guarantee quality, backed by the international ISO 9001:2008 and the European standard EN544. They are resistant to open flames and offer significantly better heat and sound insulation compared to other roofing materials.

    Easy Installation
    Applying bitumen shingles is simple. Remove the protective tape from a single sheet, place it on the roof, and secure it with nails. This makes the installation fast and easy.

    Underlay
    We also offer an underlay (1 x 10 m) that can be placed beneath the roof shingles. This underlay extends the lifespan of your roofing material and helps it maintain a beautiful appearance for longer.

    Ruukki - Monterrey Metal Roofing

    Ruukki Monterrey is our most popular model and provides an excellent solution for a wide variety of landscapes and homes. With its lower profile, Monterrey gives your roof a calm appearance.

    Colorless water-based primer for indoor use

    Treat your log cabin with an eco-friendly and transparent coating. This treatment is ideal for protecting the interior of your log cabin or wooden garage. It contains ingredients that are gentle on both you and the environment while providing protection against mold. Unlike other treatments on the market, this solution is almost odorless. It is supplied in cans and should be applied after the building is completed.

    The treatment provides only initial protection for the wood against rot, mold, and insects. It does not fully protect the cabin from external influences; therefore, paint or wood protection should be applied afterward.

    Remmers Paint

    Remmers is a paint that offers high durability and protection for wooden surfaces. The semi-matte finish is available in three colors: transparent, brown, yellow, or white. Thanks to REMMERS technology, the paint remains intact under all weather conditions and will not peel or crack over time. Additionally, the wood becomes more resistant to water damage.

    Technical Information:

    • Density: Approx. 1.3 kg/l, ISO 2811
    • Solid Volume: Approx. 41%

    This paint is suitable for untreated natural wood or surfaces previously coated with other paint. It can be applied using a spray, brush, or roller. The paint dries within just one hour and requires an interval of two to four hours between coats under normal weather conditions. Please note that drying time may be longer in humid environments.

    The paint is supplied in cans and should be applied after the completion of the building.

    PVC Windows and Doors

    Enhance the Insulation of Your Cabin or Garage with UPVC Windows and Doors from Wink Haus®

    These gray windows and doors with a white interior are manufactured in Germany and utilize the advanced KBE system_70 technology. UPVC windows and doors feature a 70 mm profile with 5 chambers and 24 mm double glazing filled with argon gas. This ensures maximum thermal and sound insulation, with a noise reduction level of up to 35 dB.

    Wink Haus® is a family-owned company founded in 1854 with extensive experience in manufacturing windows and doors. The quality of their products is certified by multiple standards, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, and DVC 189G.

    Installation Service

    If you order an installation service for a cabin, the installation of PVC windows and doors will cost an additional 8% on top of the total installation price for the cabin or garage.

    Floor: 18-20 mm wooden floorboards, crossbeams, and skirting boards

    Floor Sets for Every Need

    Our floor sets are designed for optimal durability and include pressure-treated foundation wood (crossbeams) to ensure the longevity of the wooden structure. Each set includes skirting boards, 18-22 mm kiln-dried wooden floorboards, corresponding nails and screws, and, depending on the house design, the necessary insulation.

    Various Options

    We offer three different versions of our houses, each with matching floor sets:

    • Simple Houses Without Insulation: The floor set for these houses does not include insulation.
    • Insulated Holiday Homes: This floor set includes 50 mm floor insulation to maintain a comfortable temperature.
    • Extra Insulated Homes: For these houses, the floor set includes 100 mm thick insulation and elevated foundation supports for extra protection and stability.
    PIR - Premium insulation (recommended)

    PIR - Premium insulation for a house includes 125 mm thick panels (U-value of 0.17 W/m²K) for the walls and 150 mm thick panels (U-value of 0.16 W/m²K) for the roof and floors. This setup ensures excellent thermal performance, reduces heat loss, and maintains a stable indoor temperature. The insulation provides high energy efficiency and comfort, making the well-insulated house a pleasant workspace all year round.

    Wooden frame base

    As an alternative to our concrete foundation, we offer a custom-made and pre-treated wooden frame on which our buildings can be mounted.

    The wooden foundation offers the following benefits:

    • It helps level the ground and prevents moisture penetration.
    • It is an excellent solution when a concrete foundation is not an option.
    • It is more affordable and quicker to install than a concrete foundation, requiring fewer building materials.
    • It is ideal for creating a larger surface area that can be extended into a terrace or seating area.

    We offer two different options for the wooden foundation:

    • With PVC floor supports
    • With METAL screw foundations

    What is the difference?

    The wooden frame with PVC floor supports can only be placed on a flat surface (such as compacted soil, concrete blocks, paving, or metal or concrete posts). In contrast, the foundation with metal screw foundations can be installed regardless of ground level. Choosing metal screw foundations generally simplifies the construction process and saves time and money. Additionally, using metal screw piles allows for quick installation, as the foundation is ready for use immediately after setup.

    The wooden frame consists of:

    • Wooden beams (44x140 mm)
    • Adjustable floor supports or metal screw foundations (depending on the chosen option)
    • Screws (4x50 mm)
    • Screws (6x120 mm)
    • Breathable membrane
    Firewood Storage 2.2m x 1.44m

    This firewood shed is made from slow-growing coniferous wood and provides the ideal solution for firewood storage. With external dimensions of 224 cm in width, 144 cm in depth, and 190 cm in height, this storage unit offers ample space for all your firewood.

    The base structure is made of 28 mm thick wood, complemented by 20 mm thick roof planks.

    Please note that the installation of accessories is only possible if you have also selected the installation of the main product.

    Storage 2.7m x 1.6m

    This storage unit, made from slow-grown softwood, is our most popular accessory due to its excellent functionality. Customers appreciate the extra storage space it provides and the ease with which it can be attached to any of our cabins and garages. The construction consists of 28 mm thick wall planks, while the roof and floor are made of 20 mm thick tongue-and-groove boards. With external dimensions of 161 cm in width, 273 cm in depth, and 190 cm in height, this storage unit offers ample space for all your belongings.

    Note: Accessory installation is only available if you have selected the installation of the main product.

    Installation Service (Price on Request

    Our team offers installation options, but if you plan to assemble it yourself, you can choose not to use the installation service. We provide all the necessary information and detailed assembly instructions, allowing you to install it yourself or with the help of other craftsmen.
